FSG Inspections

I can't say enough good things about Antonio & FSG. I called them at a very low point, after our house had flooded and mold had developed. We had already had multiple remediators in at that point, and nobody was really guiding us on the protocol or best practices. It felt like we were operating in the dark and the problem was never going to get resolved. I found FSG after much research, to come in and test the house and tell us how we could proceed. Antonio was so kind and helpful. He was so patient with me and all of my questions as we navigated the road through mold remediation. He is extremely honest and cares about the work. I am so happy to have met him and cannot recommend him more highly.

Antonio Toro at FSG Inspections provided outstanding service for our post-remediation mold verification at our Apopka home. From start to finish, the experience was professional and thorough. Antonio is clearly an expert in his field — his credentials (Master of Science, State Certified Mold Assessor, Home Inspector, and Building Contractor) speak for themselves, and it showed in the quality of his work. He took air samples in every room, established a proper outside baseline for comparison, and measured temperature, humidity, and particulate levels throughout the house. What I appreciated most was the detailed, easy-to-understand reporting. The lab results from EMSL were clearly explained, and Antonio's letter of opinion broke everything down in plain language so we understood exactly what the numbers meant. The turnaround was fast too — samples were collected one day and we had full results the next. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. Antonio gave us real peace of mind that our remediation was successful and our home's air quality is back to normal. I highly recommend FSG Inspections to anyone needing mold assessment or indoor air quality work. Thank you, An

As a pulmonologist, I am very satisfied with Antonio's professional expertise and his courteous manner to help me evaluate a potential issue at my home. It was an excellent evaluation, and I have no reservations recommending his consultation for anyone who has any concerns with mold at their living spaces. He is fair and balanced, and you can trust Antonio.

Antonio was amazing from the first time I called requesting someone to come out regarding my mold concerns, to the day of the actual inspection. He was thorough providing a detailed explanation of what was going to take place. He was great to work with and went above and beyond by asking our Spanish speaking contractors to help remove some baseboards to get a more thorough inspection of the room. Thank you Antoni you helped ease this momma's worried mind about mold in our little girl's room.

This company made our mold mitigation process so much easier. After receiving a false “passing” report from another company, I reached out to them and they came out the very next day to perform proper testing. The results showed nearly 1,000 mold spores inside our home, confirming our concerns. They guided us through the entire process and helped us move forward with getting both bathrooms demoed. Once remediation was completed by a second company, they returned for follow-up testing and confirmed that the surrounding areas were not as affected as we initially feared, which gave us real peace of mind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable professionals who truly care about protecting your home and family—especially when dealing with insurance challenges. I would absolutely hire them again.
